My topic: Animal tests should be regulated.

What I hope to learn from this source:
I wanted to know how many animals are killed every year. Also, I could find some specific steps of cruel animal tests. Moreover, I wanted to know what kinds of animals are used in animal tests.

I want to know the positive effects of laughter. How does laughing affect positively to human? Is false laughter also positive?

Notes:
  1. the title of this article : what if somebody tests your eye?
  2. One hundred million animals are killed by animal tests
  3. Rats are killed by breaking their backbone after tests.-seen by 신승철, the researcher of catholic life ethics lab
  4. We should first stop using animals on tests for cosmetic products
    --animal welfare organization
  5. ▶'3', '4' →animal tests are really cruel, and therefore many animal welfare organizations are trying for the animal rights
Final Thoughts:
.

Steps for my first draft-Refutation and Concession

1. What is my thesis?
Animal test should be regulated.

2. What is the opposite position?
Animal test doesn't need to be regulated.

Steps for my first draft-Narration

My persuasive argument thesis is:
Animal tests should be regulated.

1. What do people already know about my topic?

Many know that animal tests are now held very much. Everyone knows that animal tests have both bad and good effects on humans. Some people may have seen some pictures of animal tests.Everyone knows that computers are extremely powerful. Everyone knows they are vital to modern life. We have computers in our phones, watches, air-con and some of us have them in our bodies. People are exposed to sci-fi movies and books where computers take over the world and enslave people, so some people have an irrational fear about the future of computers. Also, even though we use computers so frequently, it should be noted that many people have no idea how computers really work.

2. What research has already been done about my topic?

http://navercast.naver.com/magazine_contents.nhn?rid=1377&contents_id=47240
There has been a First animal test disagreeing expo.

mode=LSD&mid=sec&sid1=102&oid=028&aid=0002174667
I could find out how animals suffer through this news.

3. What are the implications of my argument (What if I'm right? What if I'm right and people ignore me?)

If people can be aware of the truth of the animal test, they will probably say that we should stop doing animal tests. If there were people who disagree with me, they might step back by admitting the side effects of animal tests.

Steps for my first draft-Confirmation

1. What is my thesis?
Animal test should be regulated.

2. What types of source am I using to defend my thesis?
I am using the articles from reliable website, expert opinions,

3. Are my arguments mostly based on evidence, logic or emotion?
My arguments are mostly based on logic and exact evidences found by research. I will use emotional appeals in my confirmation or in conclusion.

First and foremost, animal test is against ethics.
R1 : Animal test is against ethics.
    -pain to animals
-killing the same precious life as humans is not right

R2 :Humans should not test animals for their profits.
-Animal testing because it is cheap is not right.
    -There are some alternative resources.

R3 : Animal tests are not safe.
-only 1.16% same disease with human
-different reaction on tests with human

Steps for my first draft-Intro

We can easily hear news about animal tests in our daily life. Recently, there was a news about the success of making ebola virus vaccine by a help of animal test. Like this, animal tests can benefit human life. However, many animals are suffering by cruel animal tests. Not many of us know truly about the present condition of animal test. In my essay, I'd like to argue that animal tests should be regulated

1. Attention grabber -
I attracted the audience by telling the news about animal test related with ebola virus, which is a hot potato now.

2. Explains the topic -
I told the audience that I'd like to talk about the bad side of the animal test.

3. My thesis -
My argument -animal test should be regulated- is clearly shown in the last part.
